Typically is a Mod. I had the same problem with the Morris Manitoba map and after trying a few out I figured out it was maize plus or maize plus add on that was preventing me from loading past 85%. You just have to slowly figure out with mod is breaking your map load

I'd love to see an update to add multifruit like the Morris map and from Edgewater.
When loading this map it gets stuck at 85%, looking for a seed building...do you know where this mod is? Doesn't seem to be in the .zip.
